Launched in September 2003, Fraser
Price Consulting Ltd (FPC) has grown
rapidly
during its six plus years of trading. Capitalising on its founder Neil Fraser’s twenty
years of experience as a chartered accountant within the finance back office
environment, the company specialises in providing project management and
management consultancy services to spec, on time and on budget!
FPC is very much a friendly family run business, with Neil’s wife Dianne, daughter Emily
and son Paul all part of the team. Training for all staff is very much embraced.
In the last 6 months, Paul gained a Microsoft accreditation for application development
and Emily qualified as an AAT. This together with a informal friendly approach means
that you can discuss Microsoft Office Accounting issues with staff qualified to understand
the issue and fix!! There is no such thing as a 'silly' or 'stupid' question if you do not
know the answer.
FPC
also specialises in offering advice, support and training on the
excellent
Microsoft Office Accounting application. The Professional version of this includes
the use of the Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager which gives a business
an accounting and customer relationship management system using one integrated
piece of software. The team offer as much or as little help as required, with a choice
of either a fixed price contract or support as and when required. The Microsoft
accounting package is very user friendly and very visual and can be set up for
multiple users or for multiple companies very easily. It was increasingly becoming
the accounting package of choice for many businesses and up until Nov 09 with a
low cost of around £150 per user was more affordable than all other accounting
software packages. However Microsoft has discontinued the application and as
such from Nov 09 cannot be purchased. But given the take up of the package since
launch, there will be many businesses still using it. FPC will continue to provide
support as long as it is required. Emily is more than happy to offer support as required.
